The role:

Our Account Managers take a proactive approach, with full responsibility for a defined group of clients. They work to the following principles:

The Account Managers are the main point of contact for their clients and cover all aspects of flying advisory including, quoting, booking administration and follow up. It’s a fast-paced role and requires focus, accuracy and an obsession with attention to detail.


This role joins 3 existing Account Managers. It is home office based with occasional travel to client and team meetings across Europe. The successful candidate is likely to have 2 years + of working for a major fleet operator. Experience in client or flight service or sales is essential. You will have a full understanding of fractional ownership, lease and card contract and operations.  You could be based in Europe or on East Coast USA. Please note the company operate an evening and weekend ‘on call’ rota (currently across the 6 client-facing team members).

Core responsibilities:

Responding to flight requests: 

  • Corresponding with clients

  • Quoting

  • Negotiating and administration to book flights

  • Working with clients to facilitate payment

  • Confirmations and briefs

  • Flight following and movement messages

  • After flight follow up when required

  • Building relationships with flight services and sales teams


Flight booking for Clients with fractional and block hour contracts:

  • Ensuring confirmations and briefs received by clients

  • Ensuring movement messages are received by clients


General administration:

  • Updating flight log

  • Understanding and analysing contract pacing

  • Working with Co-Founders to present program options

  • Monitoring hours balances for renewal purposes

  • Updating systems and processes as required


There will also be other unique requirements, including analysis tasks for various projects we are working on which will be 'briefed in' as needed.
