menska is proud to be representing our client, a global provider of corporate and private aviation support services who is looking for an experienced Charter Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the private aviation industry and a proven track record of success in sales.

What you'll be doing:

Sell our client's charter availability
-
Collaborate with and support our UK-based Charter Sales team

Respond to inbound charter inquiries, assessing suitability and client requirements

Prepare charter quotes and contracts for confirmed trips

Manage the full sales process including prospecting and lead generation

Take ownership of all aspects of confirmed charter flights, from sale to post-flight follow-up, anticipating and resolving issues as needed.

Proactively create business development, sales, and marketing opportunities

Achieve monthly and annual departmental charter targets

Collaborate with other teams to ensure clear communication and the operational success of charter flights.

Create and develop strong professional relationships with clients and key external stakeholders.

You are comfortable with technology and learning new software (at a minimum, proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom).

​Previous experience:​​​
​
-
Minimum one year of experience working with a business jet operator in a sales capacity. Charter sales experience is highly preferred
-
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
-
Experience working with aircraft brokers and/or HNW/UHNW clients is an asset
-
Knowledge of aircraft operations, geography, and terminology is an asset
-
Availability on Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, as well as a willingness to occasionally work after-hours/weekends to accommodate international time zones and project demands

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); bilingual English and French

Valid passport, and flexibility to travel to the UK for training shortly after start date

Applicants must be legally allowed to work in Canada and preferably residing in the Montreal area.
