The role:

Our client is an international private aircraft charter company with offices in Toronto, New York & London.

Due to it's continued expansion, our client is currently looking for an experienced & ambitious Charter Sales Manager based in London.

 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Aircraft Charter Brokerage industry and a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

​

• Create, manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure that the company are a preferred supplier.

• Manage and monitor the performance of Junior Brokers by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs

• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new Brokers

• Actively build relationships with suppliers worldwide to ensure up to date knowledge of fleets and aircraft movement

• Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets to increase market share

• Drive sales and achieve worldwide sales revenue targets

• Develop and implement sales strategies

• Excellent time management skills, including prioritisation and delegation

• Provide informative, tailored aircraft solutions to portfolio clients

• A drive to succeed and excel in client service - the role entails being available to clients 24/7 in a highly competitive market
