Chief Commercial Officer

Position: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: Paris or London

Salary: Negotiable including equity options

Overview:

Our client is now expanding its project within the European market and is looking for a key board member associate in charge of scaling our business. This is a strategic position to be held in close coordination with the CEO. The main responsibilities consist of making a considerable impact on the company's current Go to Market step and its future expansion through operational daily tasks and strategic sales planification. Then it will include organizing and managing both the different country teams and budget when the timing is relevant.


The full Co-Founder package consists of equities, and interests within the results terms and conditions framework to be discussed.

The role:

As our Chief Commercial Office (or Co-Founder level for the right candidate):

 

  • Getting a clear understanding and knowledge of aviation

  • Identifying sales leads and demonstrating a proven track record of selling charters

  • Ability to anticipate market trends and build semi-private city pairs to the most in-demand destinations and events

  • Developing and driving our international expansion strategy and establishing a charter sales team around the focused areas

  • Build trust relations with key partners and operators and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

  • Listen, challenge, and stimulate the team's creativity, to help them push boundaries

  • Guide and grow a high-performing team, enabling them to continue to do their best work, in relation to our L&D strategy

  • Lead actively, as a co-founder, to any fundraising round

Who you are:

  • Domain expertise in leadership, charter sales and/or airlines yield management

  • Experienced in acquiring and selling charter flights

  • Ability in conducting plans to push to the leads of like-minded travellers the right offers at the right time and maximize the opportunity for JetPooling

  • Ability to drive projects and results

  • Excellent analytic and strategic problem-solving skills

  • Very good spoken and written English skills. French is a plus.
