 $180-200,000 basic + benefits, commission & bonus (package in excess of $400,000)

• Partner with the SLT to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional growth plans
• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments
• Manage the sales ecosystem to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department and guest experience team for improving strategy, customer experience, cross-sells, upsells and retention

• Help maximise reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
• Build and foster creative teams that are committed to our culture and core values 
• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth

Revenue Growth:

  • Lead revenue generation processes through new customer acquisition with direct responsibility for the Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams.

  • Ensuring quota performance in the near term and open new paths for revenue growth in the future.

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure the voice of the market is clearly understood and that the company strategy and tactics are optimised to achieve results.

  • Review revenue forecasts and progress on action plans and recommend strategic organisational shifts when appropriate.

  • Inform and influence the Product strategy, with a particular focus on new segments and geographies.

  • Contribute to the businesses’ competitive market intelligence function for use in strategic planning and positioning of resources and products.

  • Maximise reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way.

  • Prioritise and operationalise initiatives that drive revenue into both existing and new geographies and segments.

  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.


Strategy Leadership:

  • Ensure that the company's growth strategy and processes are broadly communicated throughout the organisation.

  • Own strategic business development initiatives and execution of cross-functional revenue efforts.

  • Serve as a leading company representative, inspiring customers, partners, and employees with the company vision, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on all matters of revenue strategy.

  • Own, develop, lead, and refine go-to-market strategies and projects, with a focus on scaling the company’s presence and reach.


  • Monitor the marketplace and analyse opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics

  • Remain well-connected with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement

  • Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals

  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, business development, and guest experience teams

  • Participate in contract negotiations

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth

  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships

  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision

  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively

  • Experience in making decisions based on business metrics

  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred skills & qualifications:

  • Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other business productivity tools

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field
