Role purpose:

​

As a Client Service Manager you will be responsible for providing VIP customer service and support to the business' clients in the form of charter flight request management and quotations, flight enquiry support, and all other private and luxury travel enquiry requirement support.
Upon charter flight confirmations, you'll also provide legal contracts and invoices to clients, and coordinate all aspects of the upcoming flight with Aircraft Operators as well as any additional support or flight arrangements where required, such as contacting FBOs / Private Terminals, Chauffeur Transfers, etc.
You'll also assist with the business strategies in generating new business and opportunities for the company.

The role requires high attention to detail due to the nature of the business, and the level of clients chartering with our client.

Hours of work:

​​

Normal working hours (Full Time basis) shall be a 6-on-3-off rolling rota pattern, consisted of 12-hour shifts (3x Day 0600-1800, and 3x Night 1800-0600) to assist with providing 24- hour / 365 support to the company's clients.

You'll also need to assist with shift cover where and when required for colleague’s annual leave or sickness. As much notice as possible will be given, but this can on occasion be short notice.

Your place of work will be within your home office.
You may be required from time-to-time to visit and work at such other locations and for such times as the company considers necessary for the proper performance of your duties.

Previous experience:

​​​

• 1 year (or more) within the private/business aviation charter sales sector (direct charter sales, charter broker, or other will be considered).

• Previous experience with dedicated aviation software such as Avinode, Charter Pad, or other will be considered.

• A strong customer service skillset is required, along with high attention to detail.
