The role:

​

The Dedicated Aircraft Optimization Manager is responsible for availability, scheduling, and logistics of both dedicated aircraft as well as all guaranteed revenue programs availability.  This role works closely with the company's operations, sales and marketing departments to fully optimize the use of all owned availability to increase gross profit margins across all verticals of our portfolio.

Experience:​

 

The ability to maximize a floating fleet of private aircraft, minimize non-revenue hours flown, and communicate both internally and externally is very important.  This role will also support the Vice President of Procurement to continue building the number of dedicated aircraft and GRP’s.  This role must have experience with aircraft scheduling and optimization software.

Responsibilities:

​​

• Sourcing, marketing and selling one-way aircraft availability in the wholesale market.

• Working with our marketing team to market one-way availability to the company's prospects and existing customer base.

• Work with sales and sourcing teams to schedule flight hours.

• Sourcing non-dedicated aircraft to help support mechanicals and Go-Now availability.

• Report, manage and track KPI’s to Vice President of Procurement on a weekly basis.

• Train members of the sourcing team on aircraft optimization by implementing SOP’s that govern aircraft optimization.

• Help increase the number of dedicated aircraft and GRP’s available to the company.

• Manage/market/sell all owned empty legs (non-dedicated/GRP aircraft) to increase GP margin
