Flight Manager

Location: Remote role, Europe based

Salary: £50k

Have a strong understanding of the ad-hoc charter world, as well as the broader business aviation industry?

"Flight Managers take a proactive approach to our client's business aviation flight needs including quoting, booking administration and follow up. It’s a fast paced role and requires focus, accuracy and an obsession with attention to detail. This role joins our 2 existing flight managers and is home office based with occasional travel to client and team meetings across Europe. The successful candidate is likely to have 2 years + working in a brokerage, or operator, environment and a strong understanding - specifically of the ad hoc charter world- as well as the broader business aviation industry."


- Responding to ad-hoc charter requests

•             Corresponding with clients
•             Quoting
•             Negotiating and administration to book flights
•             Working with clients to facilitate payments
•             Confirmations and briefs
•             Flight following and movement messages
•             After flight follow up when required


- Flight booking for clients with fractional and block hour contracts

•             Ensuring confirmations and briefs received by clients
•             Ensuring movement messages are received by clients

- General administration

•             Updating flight log
•             Passport and Covid vaccination filing

•             Monitoring hours balances for renewal purposes

•             Ensuring movement messages are received by clients

There will also be other unique requirements, including analysis tasks for various projects we are working on which will be 'briefed in' as needed. Out of hours and ‘on call’ weekend (currently 1 in 5/6) working is required.


•            2+ years experience in brokerage or operator environment

•            Strong understanding of ad-hoc charter and broader business aviation
