Cabin Hostesses complete an industry-leading service excellence training program that incorporates WEST, food safety and hygiene, advanced plating, service etiquette, crew resource management, first aid, and firefighting to name just a few. Training is also given by the British Butler Institute and Norland College.
We are looking for a Ground Trainer that has experience in delivering highly effective training programs in a luxury, five-star service setting.
The Ground Trainer reports to our Head of Cabin Services and will be based at our Malta office, where training sessions will be held. This is a full-time role and flexible availability may sometimes be required, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

Delivering all Cabin Hostess initial and refresher training courses, globally.

Delivering aircraft-specific ground training.

Delivering MedAire and Tempus training.

Being the primary ESET (Emergency Safety & Equipment Training) instructor.

Organization of all training courses, including preparation of materials, contributors, and logistics.

Monitoring post-flight feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and opportunities for future training programs.

Supporting the Cabin Services team, including general administration and onboard stock/ purchasing support.

Qualifications:
-
An experienced trainer that has designed and delivered high-quality, dynamic, and engaging training programs for customer-facing service professionals.

Substantial experience gained in a luxury service organization. Examples include, but are not limited to, luxury hotels, private aviation, commercial airline training for the first-class cabin.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of luxury and the expectations among high-net-worth individuals.

A personal commitment to, and ability to enthuse others about excellence in service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential. You speak with authority and clarity.

Advanced IT skills that will enable you to create high-quality course materials.
