Role focus:

• Manage the gross profit for jet card, member, and charter trips

• Manage the acquisition and profitability of dedicated aircraft

• Lead the improvement in charter gross profit

• Increase aircraft utilization and matching

• Improve accuracy of forecasting and budget compliance

• Program pricing and peak period day management

Core responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and accountability for the sourcing and procurement functions at the company

• Review and approve all aircraft selected for jet card and member trips in order to balance revenue and flight/aircraft
  experience

• Develop and provide monthly reporting on key metrics to executive team and other key metrics as defined by the Chief
  Operating Officer or Integrator

• Develop and manage the company's empty leg volume as a profit-center for the business

• Manage and drive aircraft utilization through matching up the company's trips and efficient utilization of dedicated aircraft

• Ensure the gross profit margins of the company's jet card, member, and charter business meet or exceed executive team
  established goals

• Assist in the leadership and development of processes, procedures and tools that support the above stated responsibilities

 

Supply chain management focus:  

• Vendor Management  

- Operational management of dedicated aircraft

- Management of strategic partnerships to include creation and execution of service level agreements

• Contract Negotiation  

• Strategic Sourcing  

• Benchmarking/Cost-Scenario analysis
