Sales Director - Poland/Eastern Europe
As the Sales Director, you will design and lead the regional sales strategy, supported by a dedicated team. Your mission will focus on building a robust pipeline, developing long-term relationships with prospects, and driving excellence across the team.

Location: Poland (Eastern Europe considered) Salary: Negotiable - First year OTE - €150,000-€200,000 Our client, a global player in the private and business jet sector, is looking for a Sales Director to be based in Poland. Role overview: As the Sales Director, you will design and lead the regional sales strategy, supported by a dedicated team. Your mission will focus on building a robust pipeline, developing long-term relationships with prospects, and driving excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute an effective regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets Build a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, events, and face-to-face meetings Foster long-term relationships with prospects through a consultative sales approach Sustain long sales cycles, potentially lasting up to 18 months Maintain high standards of customer focus and attention to detail in all communications Ensure excellent customer communication and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle Leverage opportunities from PR, brand partnerships, and events Responsible for budgeting and forecasting accuracy Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Extensive experience in a senior sales role in the aviation industry Worldly background and experience working across multicultural teams Exceptional communication skills combined with strong numerical abilities Solid work integrity and a genuine sense of responsibility Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure and articulation Willingness to travel extensively This is an exciting opportunity for a recognised aviation professional with a proven track record of success in sales management and advisory roles.
