Senior Charter Broker (PJ or CJ)

You’ll be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and relationship building, managing client needs from enquiry to post-flight follow-up. From sourcing aircraft to overseeing flight logistics; including permits, catering, ground handling, and finance coordination, you’ll ensure a seamless and premium client experience.

The role: 


You’ll be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and relationship building, managing client needs from enquiry to post-flight follow-up. From sourcing aircraft to overseeing flight logistics, including permits, catering, ground handling, and finance coordination, you’ll ensure a seamless and premium client experience. 



Responsibilities: 

  • Source new clients through outreach, cold calls, networking, and lead follow-up 

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored charter solutions 

  • Use your aircraft knowledge to find and contract the most suitable options at competitive rates 

  • Oversee all aspects of flight management and coordination, ensuring high service standards from booking through to final touchdown 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure contracts and operations meet all standards and regulations 

  • Maintain accurate activity records and track sales progress via CRM Stay up to date with industry developments to support your commercial awareness 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs 

  • Travel as required to support client needs and operational demands 


We're looking for someone who has: 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in aviation, ideally in a charter brokerage

  • Strong knowledge of the EU market and client landscape 

  • Confident and proactive approach to business development 

  • Fluent in German and English 

  • Ability to balance commercial goals with outstanding client service
