Role overview:
As Passenger Sales Manager you'll be responsible for finding and closing deals across all passenger products. You'll build relationships with clients and develop strategies to grow the business.

Responsible for developing the Passenger Sales Strategies and implementing related business objectives across the region in line with VP PAX EU and CCO

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan in conjunction with the VP PAX EU and the CCO PAX to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Role details:
Sales Strategy
As a Passenger Sales Manager, you will proactively develop and implement passenger sales strategies across the region. You will work closely with the VP PAX EU and the CCO PAX to develop country-specific plans, maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, and track progress against targets. You will also identify and address any issues or concerns, and make recommendations for improvement.
Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets. You will generate and manage a portfolio of clients, actively develop new business, and work in partnership with the region's passenger brokers. You will also keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Assist the broking teams in managing clients, liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable aircraft charter solutions, visit potential and existing customers to generate further business, and maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities and increase client loyalty. You will also maintain and develop internal relationships within the Passenger and Private Jet Charter teams and the Chapman Freeborn group of companies.
Key Customer, Supplier, and GSA Relationships
Managing, sourcing, and monitoring group incentive arrangements with customers, suppliers, and GSA relationships on a local and regional level. You will also generate sales activity for all products for all customers/freight forwarders on a regional and local perspective, and continuously source for new operators/suppliers (carriers) to ensure necessary relationships are built and an increase in active clients is achieved ongoing.
Leadership
Provide leadership and support to Passenger Sales staff in the EU and beyond. You will foster a collaborative and commercial approach to inter-company business, and communicate Passenger Sales Strategies positively to all sales staff in the region. You will also act in a professional, confidential, and appropriate manner in all staff interactions and employee matters. You will work with the VP PAX EU and the CCO PAX to build the sales focus and dedication in the region, and work in conjunction with the yearly strategies laid out by the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Management teams.
As Passenger Sales Manager you'll also be responsible for the people management, marketing, and group policies and procedures for the Passenger & Private Jet department in the EU region. You will act in a professional and confidential manner, undertake marketing initiatives, attend trade shows and events, and ensure that all activities are in accordance with group policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying and minimizing legal and commercial risks, and carrying out any other duties as requested.
