If you are a senior manager with proven success in; leading teams of people, incorporating strategy, budget management and sales then I would like to speak with you. Paramount for this position is expertise in air charter. The ideal candidate will have had a career in either; private jets, commercial jets or air freight.


"The customer is a global air charter provider with offices across the States, Asia, Middle East and Europe, that is part of a larger aviation group that employees over 7000 people. Specifically the customer focuses on managing passenger and cargo charter operations, aircraft leasing, humanitarian airlifts, and much more. On offer is a handsome salary package that is completely negotiable but included will be; fixed salary, bonus/commission and enhanced benefits package including healthcare, 401K etc."



In accordance with investment and development plans, and to further grow their business in the Americas, the customer are looking for a senior business executive with a proven track record of developing and growing business in the USA to join our well established team as President – Americas.

The successful candidate should amongst other things have strong communication skills, successful merger and acquisition experience and the ability to manage and motivate our existing team of staff.


Purpose of role:


  • To develop and deliver in conjunction with the Group holding company’s Executive Committee, the business strategies for the Americas on an annual basis and to participate in annual budget discussions.

  • To work alongside Product Directors to maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities and client retention.

  • To implement all agreed strategies for all commercial departments and products, including our subsidiaries in the Americas.

  • Foster a highly collaborative, commercial approach to inter-company business encouraging greater communication at all levels, whilst also maintaining a strong communication channel with the parent company, to ensure effective sharing of information across the Group.

  • To effectively lead and motivate our teams within the Americas, including communicating all relevant business strategies.

  • To effectively grow and develop our teams in line with the agreed business strategies.

  • To manage group mergers & acquisition activities and the integration of any acquired companies.


  • Expertise in air charter is essential

  • You will have had a career in either; private jets, commercial jets or air freight
