The role:
The role of the Private Jet Broker involves being responsible for attaining and maintaining high-earning, key accounts, whilst providing support for both the Team and the Head of the department.
The Broker will report directly to the Head of department for assisting with large contracts and other ad-hoc projects, developing key client and supplier relationships, and also tightening global relationships with other offices.
Core responsibilities:

General responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Day to day trading

Building up excellent partnerships with the Operators as well as with our clients

Delivering first-class customer service to ensure that all flights meet the clients’ deadlines

Generation of sales from new leads and making sales calls in order to retain clients and revive dormant ones

Take part in meeting hot prospects, as well as be a driver in existing contract renewal projects

Maintain high performance and high levels of broking activity to find the best solution to meet client’s needs

Increasing client database through sales activities

Provide support to the team when requested (including but not limited to flight preparation, airport assistance, flight ride)
Skills:

Self-motivated with a strong interest in aviation and/or travel essential

Competitive attitude, entrepreneurial, with a sales mindset and a desire to succeed

Customer-focused with great people skills and the ability to form relationships with key individuals

First-class communication skills, with a strong telephone manner
-
Fluent in both French and English language with any additional language beneficial

Ability to generate consistent GP for the company

Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met

Well organized and resourceful, with a logical approach to problem solving

IT literate (including MS D365) with the ability to learn the functions of a new system

Numerate, efficient, and accurate with high attention to detail

Ability to handle difficult situations in a sometimes high-pressure environment
-
Ability to maintain a sense of humor, even in a pressured situation

Previous experience working as a private jet broker or aviation sales in an international environment desirable
-
Client portfolio is a plus but not mandatory
