menska is proud to be representing our client, a large private jet aircraft management and charter operator with over 250 aircraft globally, that offers a wide array of services within the private jet space.

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Private Jet Charter Sales Representative with an existing portfolio of clients to join its team.

Role purpose:

As a Private Jet Charter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling charter flight services to prospective customers, and maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients.
 
You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our client's
 services, target market, and competition, and use this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.
 
This is a challenging but rewarding role for a sales professional who is passionate about the aviation industry and has a proven track record of success in high-end sales.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Close sales for existing clients.

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients for private jet charter services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our services, target market, and competition to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Attend events and conferences to network and generate new leads.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and

  • Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts.

  • Identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for expansion.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aviation and/or luxury industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
