The role:

Program Sales Executives support our Sales Vice Presidents by researching potential leads, placing outbound calls to introduce the Program, and build relationships with prospects in order to book face-to-face qualified meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents.

Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.
 
Reporting to Vice President Pre-Sales and Direct, in addition to pipelining prospective Program Members for your Sales Vice President, you will also sell Direct flights to prospects that aren’t ready to commit to a Program.
 
We're interested in candidates that are based in London (hybrid office and home working) or in Germany (remote)
 

Core responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone discussions to qualify and establish rapport with prospective customers in order to set up face to face qualified appointments for VPs/SVPs within the designated territory;

  • Researching qualified prospects and gathering new leads throughout the market by reading local business, industry and social event publications, providing a targeted number of new leads to grow the region;

  • Following up on direct marketing campaigns within an agreed time frame to ascertain interest of potential customers, sending any relevant marketing material and maintaining periodic contact via phone and email;

  • Following up and further qualify any inbound requests for information from prospective customers

  • Managing and maintaining the sales database by inputting new contact information, creating a history of account after sales meetings and periodically scanning for any incomplete information ensuring that the database is accurate and up to date for direct mail, prospect contact and lead source tracking purposes;

  • Sales of Direct flights with end clients;

  • Acting as right-hand support to the VP/SVP throughout the Sales process by briefing them on prospects once an appointment is scheduled, providing back up assistance to the prospect assisting with Proposals, follow up’s and additional meetings;

  • Having sound knowledge of the Regional teams Program new/net Program hours, Cash Forecast, pipeline, and Direct revenue;

  • Responsible for Direct revenue on a monthly target basis for both our clients services;

  • Providing timely reports on a weekly and monthly basis, re: appointments scheduled, calls made, activities accomplished, direct mail sent, lead source tracking in order for workload to be monitored;

  • Undertaking any other reasonable ad hoc duties /projects as requested by the VP/SVP/Sales Strategy Manager to facilitate the continual development of the Sales team.
     

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in selling high value products;

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills. French language skills will be considered a bonus; 

  • Experience developing prospect lists and initiating the sales process;

  • An appropriate communication style for liaising with High Net Worth individuals and/or at Board/Director/Executive level;

  • Demonstrates outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour;

  • High levels of tenacity and resilience;

  • Strong financial and business acumen; ideally, with some prior exposure to negotiation;

  • Prior experience in private aviation will be beneficial but isn't essential.
