Aviation Account Executive - Private Jets - Negotiable basic + comms and benefits - Los Angeles


To be effective in this role, you'll ideally have 1 year of experience in a similar role and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive, qualify, evaluate, and respond to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email.

  • Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary.

  • Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed the company and the client's business.

  • Produce a precise and well-written contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option.

  • Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs.

  • Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience.

  • Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests.

  • Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to accounting.

  • Provide customer care and retention.

  • Receive, update and hand over a daily team focus list throughout your shift.

  • Continuously log your verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and teams using company software.


Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Aviation industry experience at least 1 year is preferred

  • Proficient computer skills required

  • Customer care / customer service

  • General knowledge of geography, and corporate aircraft types and performance.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
