About the role:
Captains on the C560XL/XLS fleet operate in a fast-paced, charter-focused environment across Europe, providing a premium level of service to high-end clientele. The role requires a proactive and safety-first mindset, with a strong focus on delivering smooth, efficient, and client-oriented operations.
This position involves flying to a wide range of destinations with varying operational challenges, requiring confident command decision-making, adaptability, and sound technical knowledge. Captains are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism both in the cockpit and when representing the operator on the ground.
In addition to core flying duties, the role calls for excellent communication and coordination with crew, dispatch, and ground teams to ensure each mission is executed to the highest standard. A flexible and solutions-focused attitude is essential, along with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Valid C560XL/XLS type rating preferred
EASA ATPL (A)
Class 1 Medical
Min. 2,500 hours total time
Min. 1,000 hours PIC on high-performance aircraft (>5.7T)
Min. 500 hours on high-performance aircraft (>5.7T)
Valid ZÜP in accordance with §7 LuftSiG
EU passport or unrestricted EU work/residency rights
Fluent English; German proficiency preferred
Valid driving license
