Commercial Executive

Location: London Area
Salary: £50,000-60,000 basic + bonus and benefits

Are you interested in a challenging and diverse sales role? Our client operates in a fast-paced and highly competitive marketplace, where each day brings new tests. You'll be tasked with securing a variety of flight charters, from VIP clients expecting premium service to cargo shipments requiring rapid response. Throughout it all, the focus is on making realistic commitments and delivering on those promises consistently. It's a dynamic environment that demands adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service across every transaction.

Role overview:

As a Commercial Executive you'll be responsible for pricing ad-hoc charter requests, wet leases, cargo charters and working collaboratively with your team mates to maximise opportunities across our varied fleet of aircraft and customers.

  • Supporting a close-knit Commercial Executive team in the complete sales process from prospecting, quoting, liaising with clients, selling charter flights, raising contracts, clearing invoices and project management of files.

  • Learning the elements that go together to build charter quotations to ensure they are accurate and competitive.

  • Learning the fleet, aircraft types, performances and the segments of the aviation market that our client operates within.

  • Learn how to use and update RAIDO / AirOps, RDC and other commercial systems.

  • Representing the company in client visits, entertaining and attending industry events.

  • Working as a small team to assist the Commercial Executives as required to ensure clients and prospects are responded to.

  • General administration tasks of file management with any such functions to support a client that the company may reasonably require.

This is a permanent office-based position with the hours of work Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm however a degree of flexibility will be expected and given due to the nature of the job.
