Our client is a leading name in private aviation, offering a full spectrum of services including charter, aircraft management, sales, maintenance, training, and airport support. The role:

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based aviation group to find a Director of Owner Services. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on managing and developing relationships with private aircraft owners, leading a team of client-facing executives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across billing, contract management, onboarding and ongoing support.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working in private aviation or aircraft management, who’s ready to step up (or across) into a more strategic, team-focused position.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the owner services team and overseeing day-to-day operations

  • Acting as the senior point of contact for key aircraft owners

  • Managing onboarding, transitions and renewals in collaboration with ops and sales

  • Reviewing and improving client service strategy and performance

  • Supporting monthly billing, revenue statements and issue resolution

  • Tracking all relevant aircraft and owner records (insurance, preferences, etc)

  • Helping shape and deliver long-term client experience goals

  • Representing the team across internal departments and at industry events



Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or a related field preferred

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in charter, aircraft management or premium client services

  • Proven leadership or team management experience

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills

  • Commercial thinker, able to solve problems and build long-term solutions

  • Comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and data management skills

Core Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
