menska's thoughts:

"Our client is one of the most quietly respected names in European private aviation. They combine deep sector knowledge with a flexible, modern approach to work, offering a rare chance to build a meaningful career in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment. They’re not looking for box-tickers, they’re looking for proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a service-first culture. If you have private aviation experience and love creating smooth journeys for demanding clients, this is the kind of role that doesn’t come up often."
