Flight Coordinator

Location: Boston Salary: Competitive salary + incentive program + company bonus
Rota: 5 days a week (mixture of early starts – 7am and late starts 3pm – 11pm, to be expected). Flexibility depending on your situation

The role:

Our client is seeking a Flight Coordinator to manage all aspects of flight arrangements, including sourcing, pricing, and organizing client requests. The role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of aircraft pricing strategies, industry sourcing channels, fulfilment options, and market dynamics. Training and experience will be provided to support this development.


Key responsibilities:

  • Source aircraft for all flight requests while organizing and managing all logistics related to the client experience

  • Develop a thorough understanding of aircraft fulfilment options, pricing structures, and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor operators, utilizing effective negotiation strategies.

  • Track and oversee flights at both client and operator levels, ensuring internal and external alignment.

  • Coordinate and communicate promptly with sales brokers and management, providing precise information.

  • Handle sensitive and proprietary information with confidentiality.

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • Achieve monthly flight and margin targets.

  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including rotational weekend shifts and off-hours, based on client and aircraft schedules to support a 24/7/365 operation.

  • Attend company office locations and industry conferences 3–4 times annually.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.



Essential experience & knowledge:

  • A college degree in a related field is preferred, as well as operations experience in a service environment.

  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • FAA Part 135 operations are a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Detail oriented

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

  • FAA Pilots License is preferred but not required.


*** This position will require schedule flexibility and is therefore not suited for someone with strict schedule limitations or an inability to work nights and weekends.
