Client | Our client is a well-established private aviation operator seeking an experienced Interiors Technician Supervisor to join their Greater London hangar team. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on aircraft cabin presentation, workshop standards and VIP cabin reconfigurations. |

Role overview:
Reporting into the Interiors Manager, this position will act as a deputy lead for the interiors department while supporting aircraft modifications, re-roles and cabin defect rectification.
Key responsibilities include:
Deputising for the Interiors Manager when required
Leading cabin re-role projects, including split class and VIP configurations
Supporting cabin modifications and layout changes with engineering teams
Managing documentation and revision control during re-roles
Assisting with aircraft trim and ATA Chapter 25 related defects
Supervising workshop standards, tooling and materials compliance
Ensuring premium cabin presentation standards are maintained
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 4 years aircraft interiors maintenance/workshop experience
Ability to read and interpret CMM, IPC and engineering drawings
Strong coordination and supervisory skills
Experience working to deadlines within a hangar or workshop environment
CAA Form 1 awareness desirable
Basic A Licence advantageous or willingness to work towards one
Right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship may be available)
