Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Our client is a leading global aviation brand with a strong reputation in cargo and charter solutions. They are expanding their European Government & Humanitarian division and are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join their cargo team.

The role:
As Sales Manager you’ll shape and deliver the Government & Humanitarian strategy across Europe, supporting both cargo and passenger projects. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and regional teams to grow client relationships, drive new business, and ensure smooth alignment across operations:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Manage client and supplier relationships across Europe
Support budget and KPI planning
Provide guidance on compliance and risk management
About you:
Proven experience with NGO/government/humanitarian organisations
Proven track record in aviation sales, ideally within government, humanitarian or cargo
Strong commercial mindset with experience developing strategy and winning new business
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple countries
Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships at all levels
