Client	Our client is a growing private aviation advisory and charter business seeking an experienced broker to join the team in a senior capacity.

Role overview:

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing high-value client relationships, driving charter activity and supporting the broader strategic growth of the business. The position will be remote-based initially, with the potential for relocation to Bermuda in future, though this is not a requirement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of charter clients

• Lead end-to-end charter arrangements, ensuring exceptional service delivery

• Develop and maintain strong supplier and operator relationships

• Support the company’s commercial strategy and business development activity

• Contribute to wider operational improvements across the advisory function

• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of five years’ experience with a reputable charter broker in the US market

• Strong understanding of private aviation commercial process and client expectations

• Current or previous mid-senior level experience in charter broking

• Based on the US East Coast

• Ability to travel directly to Bermuda for team meetings as required

• Open to future relocation to Bermuda (preferred but not essential)

Package:

Salary and package will be determined based on seniority, experience and value-add. Commission opportunity is available alongside strong long-term career progression in a growing company.
