Sales & Operations Executive

The role:

​

You have the chance to take part in the entire organizational process of private jet operation and business charter flights and support in the calculation, sale, planning, execution and cost control of international flight orders as well as communication projects to care for current and potential new aircraft investors and charter clients:
•    Calculation and creation of charter offers
•    Charter flight sales to brokers and direct clients
•    Handling and care of Customer Relationship Management
•    Optional extra task: Flight Cost Planning and Control
•    Optional extra task: Contribution to marketing, communication, and partnership activities 

Understanding private jet operation and backing up the team with:
•    Arrangement of ground handling services, airport slot orders, international landing- and overflight permits and other services
•    Flight-plan commissioning and in-flight monitoring
•    Planning and optimization of crew and aircraft resources during the sales process
•    Communication with colleagues, clients, crewmembers, and services providers

Qualifications:

•    Your economic thinking, sales talent and flexibility distinguish you
•    You possess an above-average sense of performance, creativity and analytical thinking
•    You enjoy teamwork, are highly motivated and show a willingness to learn and develop your skills in an international working environment
•    Your friendly appearance and business-fluent English and German language abilities compliment your profile, additional language skills are a plus
•    You are familiar with the Microsoft Office application suite and have very good skills in Microsoft Excel
•    You enjoy working with modern communication tools
•    You show willingness for shift and weekend work
•    A degree in Business Administration or Logistics is advantageous
•    Previous experience in Business Aviation sales, marketing or operations is a must
