Our Sales Directors are responsible for selling program memberships within the designated territories. We are looking for Sales Directors in the United States - your home office will be New York City, but you can be based remotely from anywhere in the USA.
​
You will be working for the first and only truly global aviation company. The Program offers all the benefits of a personal jet without having to bear any of the responsibility that comes with actually owning an aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.
Reporting to a regional President / Executive Vice President of Program Sales, you will manage the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation through to close.

Responsibilities:

Selling the Program membership in your designated territory

Building and maintaining and pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships

Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close

Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business

Managing current customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire, and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team

Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

At least four years of proven experience selling high-value services, including building your own pipeline

Private aviation experience desirable

Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable;

Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process

You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated

Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior

Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team
This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
