Sales Director

Our Sales Directors are responsible for selling program memberships within the designated territories. We are looking for Sales Directors in the United States - your home office will be New York City, but you can be based remotely from anywhere in the USA. 

​

You will be working for the first and only truly global aviation company. The Program offers all the benefits of a personal jet without having to bear any of the responsibility that comes with actually owning an aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.
 
Reporting to a regional President / Executive Vice President of Program Sales, you will manage the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation through to close.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Selling the Program membership in your designated territory

  • Building and maintaining and pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships

  • Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close

  • Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business

  • Managing current customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire, and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team

  • Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

 

  • At least four years of proven experience selling high-value services, including building your own pipeline

  • Private aviation experience desirable

  • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable;

  • Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process

  • You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated

  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team

 

This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
