As Sales Director you will be responsible for selling Program membership within your designated territories. Reporting to a regional President/Executive Vice President of Program Sales, you will take ownership of the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation through to close. 




  • Selling the customer Program membership in your designated territory

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships

  • Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close

  • Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their direct flight business

  • Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the customer experience team

  • Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate


  • At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline

  • Private aviation experience desirable

  • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable

  • Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process

  • You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated

  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behaviour

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team
