The role:
The role of the Dedicated Aircraft and Tour Operator Sales Executive is to be responsible for selling flights on the dedicated aircraft assuring to deliver revenue and profitability, building successful and long-term relationships both with clients and suppliers.
Supporting the Tour Operator Manager in selling flights series and availability mainly on dedicated unit/s but also as well on third party units. Enhancing and developing relationships with clients for the department and promoting the aircraft sell with marketing activities and sending out availability.
Core responsibilities:

Achieve targets set for each financial year

Sell and market the Italian aircraft's availability

Establish, consolidate and grow the relationship with Italian Tour Operator and ad-hoc clients

Marketing and promoting sales of the dedicated aircraft to other company offices by sending out availabilities on a regular basis

Sending ACMI RATE to our LGW ACMI department on a regular basis

Help to fulfill the hours' commitment for the Italian aircraft/s

Follow all company procedures

Provide support to the Tour Operator Manager in all aspects of day-to-day trading

Maintain and grow the existing client base

Maintain flights files; ensure they are updated, invoiced, and paid on time

Entering all new enquiries correctly into our company system and ensuring they are updated on a regular basis

Check on a regular basis that all flights inserted in our company system are correct and updated

Enter all details of each enquiry in the main job per month of the Italian Aircraft Division and check that is in inline and updated with the shared files

Assist and support the Tour Operator Manager to develop relationships with existing supplier/s of the aircraft/s

Assist and support the Tour Operator Manager to develop relationships with new suppliers in order to expand the aircraft control concept with new parties
Skills:

Being able to understand the commitments undertaken in order to implement a successful commercial sales strategy
