The role:

​

Reporting to our Senior Sales Director, our client is looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for generating leads through cold and warm calling through an established database, networking, desk research with the aim of generating qualified leads and meeting appointments. Duties will include lead generation, desk research, presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential Members.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of a sales process, superb interpersonal skills and the desire and hunger to over achieve in what is a fast-paced market.

Accountabilities:

​

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads through high volume cold and warm calling
• To qualify and set up as many meetings as possible for Senior Sales Directors
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and sales KPI’s and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with Sales Directors and other departments

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

​

• Preferably a proven work experience as a sales representative
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• The want to listen and learn
• Graduate level preferred
