Role purpose:

As a Senior Sales Manager at our client's executive airline based in Hamburg, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, and effectively present our services to potential customers.

  • Lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall business performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Solid understanding of the executive aviation market and its dynamics.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Basic knowledge of EASA OPS

  • Knowledge of Avinode and LEON is preferred
