Senior Sales Associate

Location: California

Salary: Very generous basic coupled with industry leading commission plan


menska with full instruction from the client, a private jet and charter company based in California with exciting growth plans as well as a company with a focus on the future of air travel; electric flight, is looking for Senior Sales Associate with a background in charter brokerage or charter sales within the private jet sector. The successful candidate will find an entrepreneurial environment where growth, personally and company wide, will take place. A superb package that encompasses a very generous basic coupled with industry leading commission plan is on offer for the right candidate. Although HQ is in California we will consider remote base for all candidates already based in the USA. Please read below to ascertain your suitability.

Essential Functions:

  • Build relationships of trust with fellow team-members, prospects, and members

  • Respond to, engage, qualify and educate leads and customers on the customer platform

  • Generate leads and manage and report on a large pipeline.

  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke sales experience for our prospects

  • Maintain up to date information and data within CRM

  • Full lifecycle sales from prospecting to closed/signed contract

  • Assist with administrative tasks, flight coordination, and aircraft sourcing

  • Continued education on the air charter industry

  • Consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets whilst focusing on increasing share of wallet and generating referrals.

  • Work across multiple platforms, including Hubspot, Live Chat, Zuora, and LinkedIn

  • Participate in events, networking, and general on-the-ground efforts.

  • Understand and effectively communicate the Client’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as related to the growth of current and prospective member accounts

Qualification Standards:

Bachelor's degree


  • 3-5 years of proven high touch account management and/or sales experience

  • Knowledge of or keen interest in private aviation

  • Proven record of closing new deals as well maintaining a book of business

  • Ability to build rapport and engage with prospects and customers

  • Excellent sales skills including the ability to quickly create and build relationships

  • Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships as a charter broker.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
