Client | Our client is an entrepreneurial private aviation business operating across international markets. Working closely with UHNW clients and global partners, the company offers a fast-moving, highly professional environment with considerable opportunity for growth. |

Role overview:
An ambitious international private aviation business is looking for a polished and highly proactive PA / Executive Assistant to support its CEO.
This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to work closely with a senior aviation entrepreneur, gaining considerable exposure to international business, UHNW clients and high-level industry events.
The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the CEO: bringing structure, anticipating requirements and helping manage a fast-moving international schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, appointments and international travel.
Coordinate complex schedules across multiple countries and time zones.
Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, itineraries and follow-up actions.
Attend selected aviation, luxury and client events alongside the CEO.
Communicate professionally with UHNW clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
Handle confidential personal and commercial information with complete discretion.
Help prioritise incoming requests and ensure important actions are completed.
Use AI and digital tools to streamline administration, research and communication.
Provide wider personal and business support when required.
Travel internationally in support of the CEO’s schedule.
We're looking for someone that has:
An organised and ambitious early-career PA, EA or business support professional.
Polished, articulate and confident in senior client-facing environments.
Exceptionally organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
Able to anticipate requirements rather than waiting for instructions.
Confident using AI, automation and modern productivity tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable interacting with UHNW individuals and international partners.
Discreet, dependable and able to exercise sound judgement.
Flexible regarding working hours and international travel.
Based in Europe with the right to work in their country of residence.
Menska’s thoughts:
This is far more than a traditional diary-management position. It offers direct exposure to the international private aviation market, considerable responsibility and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious business and CEO.
