Role overview:
We’re looking for a commercially driven Charter Broker to develop new business, build long-term client relationships and manage aircraft charter bookings from enquiry through to successful completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced passenger charter professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to be part of a growing international business.
Generate new business through outbound sales and networking
Build and develop your own portfolio of charter clients
Convert enquiries into profitable charter bookings
Negotiate with operators to secure the best charter solutions
Manage charter movements from enquiry to completion
Build strong relationships with operators and suppliers
Maintain accurate CRM records and charter documentation
Represent the business at industry events
Participate in the out-of-hours duty rota
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum four years’ experience as a Passenger Charter Broker
Strong track record in passenger aircraft charter sales
Proven success winning new business and growing client accounts
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
Experience managing multiple charter movements simultaneously
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of international charter operations and aviation regulations
An established network within the passenger charter market
A flexible approach to working hours
