Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Aircraft Management Sales to drive new business acquisition and expand our client’s managed aircraft portfolio across the US. This is a senior, client-facing sales position focused on identifying aircraft owners, developing trusted relationships and securing long-term aircraft management agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging private aircraft owners and prospective management clients.

  • Building referral networks with aircraft brokers, family offices, wealth managers and aviation advisors.

  • Developing tailored aircraft management proposals and presenting solutions to UHNW clients.

  • Advising prospective clients on aircraft ownership costs, operational requirements and management options.

  • Negotiating aircraft management agreements and supporting the onboarding of new owners.

  • Representing the business at industry events and developing strategic relationships.

  • Managing a strong pipeline of prospective aircraft management clients.

We're looking for someone who is:

A commercially astute private aviation professional with the industry knowledge, credibility and connections to win business at the highest level.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience with high-net-worth clients.

  • At least 3 years of experience within business aviation.

  • A strong network of aircraft owners, brokers, family offices or aviation advisors.

  • Experience in aircraft management, aircraft sales, acquisitions or related private aviation services.

  • A sound understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operations and aircraft ownership costs.

  • Excellent commercial negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

  • The confidence to engage directly with aircraft owners, principals and senior decision-makers.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Eastern & Central USA.

Menska's thoughts:

If you know the US private aviation market, understand what matters to aircraft owners and have the connections to open doors, this could be a fantastic next move.

You’ll have the backing of an established aviation business with the expertise and resources to support your success, alongside the freedom to build valuable relationships and secure significant new business.

For someone who enjoys high-value, relationship-led sales and wants to be rewarded for their commercial success, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you. All conversations are treated in the strictest confidence.
