Our client is a fast-growing private aviation business seeking a commercially driven Private Aviation Advisor to join its London team. This is a client-facing role focused on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, UHNW clients and corporate customers while delivering a premium charter experience.

Role overview:

This is a high-performance charter sales opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, luxury service and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business through outbound activity, referrals and inbound enquiries

  • Building and managing relationships with HNWI, UHNWI and corporate clients

  • Managing charter requests from enquiry through to booking confirmation

  • Producing bespoke charter quotations and negotiating deals

  • Identifying upsell opportunities across wider luxury and aviation services

  • Attending networking events and building market presence

  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM management



About you:

Previous experience in private aviation sales, charter brokerage or luxury/high-value sales

  • Strong commercial instincts and relationship management skills

  • Comfortable managing premium clients and high-value conversations

  • Self-motivated, resilient and target driven

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Additional language skills are advantageous
