The role:
Menska is looking for an established Senior Charter Broker to join a growing private aviation business in Lisbon.
This is a high-impact commercial role for a proven broker who knows how to win, develop and retain clients while generating strong gross profit. You’ll have the autonomy to build your book while being part of an ambitious and entrepreneurial aviation business.
Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of charter clients.
Manage private jet charter enquiries from initial request to completion.
Source aircraft and negotiate commercially with operators.
Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional service throughout the charter journey.
Consistently work towards ambitious revenue and GP targets.
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong private jet charter brokerage experience.
A proven track record of generating significant gross profit.
Demonstrable success developing your own client relationships.
Excellent knowledge of the private jet charter market.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly client-focused.
Portuguese language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
