Salary: Negotiable fixed/basic, uncapped commission + full benefits
Our client is a long-established global charter provider with over three decades of experience, supporting VIP, entertainment, sports, and government clients across the US and Europe.
The role:
As a Senior Charter Broker in the US office, you’ll manage end-to-end charter bookings, grow client relationships, and play a key role in the office’s expansion.
Manage and grow a pipeline of private charter clients
Handle full flight lifecycle: quoting, contracts, trip sheets, ops support
Coordinate with operators, FBOs, and service providers
Ensure post-flight closeout and invoice accuracy
Attend meetings and client events as needed
About you:
Experienced in charter brokerage, with solid market awareness
Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail
Results-driven, competitive, and client-focused
Comfortable supporting flights out of hours
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
