The role:
We’re looking for an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Broker with 3–5 years’ private jet brokerage experience to join a growing commercial team.
This is a hands-on role combining client development with full-cycle charter broking, from initial enquiry and aircraft sourcing through to negotiation, booking and trip completion.
Develop new VIP and private charter clients.
Manage charter enquiries from initial request through to completion.
Source suitable aircraft and operator solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Build strong relationships across the operator market.
Manage client relationships and provide a high-touch service throughout.
Support live trips, changes and last-minute requirements.
Work towards agreed revenue, margin and conversion targets.
We're looking for someone who has:
3–5 years’ experience within private jet brokerage.
Proven experience managing VIP/private jet charter bookings.
Strong aircraft and operator market knowledge.
Commercial confidence with pricing, negotiation and margin.
A track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
A proactive, commercially driven approach.
