The role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 3–5 years’ experience to lead campaigns across multiple channels — from digital advertising and social media to partnerships and PR. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a central role in driving both acquisition and retention through strategic, creative, and data-led initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy in line with business objectives

• Manage end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, and email channels

• Coordinate marketing efforts with sales and wider business teams

• Oversee content creation and publication across all platforms

• Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise ROI

• Identify partnership opportunities and new marketing avenues

About you:

• 3–5 years’ proven marketing experience

• Strong copywriter with creative design instincts

• Data-driven and confident with analytics

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills
