Role overview:
A fully remote, commission-led position suited to experienced brokers with an existing book of business who want greater control over their earnings and client relationships.
Manage and grow your own client portfolio
Source and close private jet charter deals
Prospect and win new business independently
Work alongside an experienced sales support team
Leverage company-provided leads where available
Build long-term client relationships in a high-value market
We're looking for someone who has:
3–5+ years’ experience in private jet charter brokerage
Existing book of HNWI/UHNWI clients
Proven ability to generate and close business
Self-sufficient, commercially driven and entrepreneurial
Comfortable operating in a commission-only environment
