Client | Our client is an established international aviation services company with a strong presence in global aircraft charter. Their US division is expanding and they are looking to appoint a senior sales professional to drive new charter business from their Fort Lauderdale base. |

Role overview:
A commercially focused Director of Sales responsible for generating new charter revenue and building long term client relationships.
Proactively source new charter opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
Work closely with charter brokers to convert enquiries into confirmed flights
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage leads and accounts
Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven air charter or aviation sales experience
Strong new business hunter mentality with a track record of winning clients
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Highly organised with experience using CRM systems
Commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
