Role overview:
This is a hands-on commercial leadership opportunity focused on building the systems, structure and coaching that enable a sales team to perform consistently at a high level:
Building scalable sales infrastructure and repeatable processes
Coaching and developing an existing sales team to improve performance
Designing commission structures and incentive models
Creating revenue forecasting and sales reporting frameworks
Implementing outbound strategies and improving commercial discipline
Turning fragmented founder-led momentum into predictable growth
About you:
Strong background in technical sales leadership, revenue operations or GTM strategy
Proven experience building sales infrastructure inside high-growth businesses
Comfortable coaching, mentoring and performance managing teams
Strong understanding of forecasting, process and commercial metrics
Experience scaling teams from growth phase into operational maturity
Aviation experience not required
