Role overview:
A Flight Dispatcher position sitting at the heart of operations, responsible for coordinating flights end-to-end and ensuring seamless execution across global missions.
Prepare flight plans including routing, weather and payload
Build full operational flight packages for crews
Coordinate permits, slots and all pre-flight clearances
Manage ground services including fuel, handling and crew logistics
Liaise with flight support providers and internal teams
Act as key link between operations and sales
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous flight dispatch / operations experience (business aviation preferred)
Strong understanding of international flight planning
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple flights under time pressure
Clear, professional communicator
