Role	VP of Charter Sales - New York (Ref: J310)

Client	A fast-growing international private jet charter brokerage with an established US presence and ambitious plans to build its New York operation.

The role:

Take the lead of an established US charter sales team and make the next chapter yours. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and build the new New York operation from the ground up, with genuine input into the team, office and growth strategy, working directly with the founders as they expand across the US.

You’ll:

• Lead an existing team of six US charter brokers

• Drive team revenue, profitability, conversion and client retention

• Coach, develop and performance-manage brokers

• Recruit and build out the New York team

• Help shape the new office and US growth strategy

• Work closely with the founders and senior leadership

• Remote initially, moving into the New York office from January 2027

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years’ on-demand private jet charter brokerage experience

• Strong knowledge of the US charter market

• Brokerage background rather than solely operator-side

• Proven experience managing and developing charter brokers

• Experience recruiting and building successful sales teams

• Commercial, hands-on leadership style
