Client
Our client is an established aviation organisation providing aircraft maintenance and technical services to the commercial aviation sector. They are looking to strengthen their team with experienced aviation professionals seeking a long-term permanent opportunity.

Role overview:

Join an established aircraft maintenance organisation in a permanent position, carrying out maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and rectification across commercial aircraft.

Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you’ll perform and certify maintenance within the scope of your licence and company authorisations, supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity.

This is a long-term opportunity for EASA B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers looking for stability, career development and the opportunity to work within a busy commercial aviation environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance data.

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification and component replacement.

  • Certify completed maintenance within the scope of your EASA licence and company authorisations.

  • Accurately complete all required technical documentation and maintenance records.

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.

  • Work closely with fellow engineers, mechanics and maintenance teams to support efficient aircraft turnaround.

  • Identify and report technical issues, ensuring defects are appropriately resolved and documented.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship at all times.

We're looking for someone that has:

  • A valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 licence

  • 5+ years’ aircraft maintenance experience

  • Experience working on commercial aircraft

  • Relevant Airbus and/or Boeing type experience

  • Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and technical skills

  • A thorough understanding of EASA regulations and maintenance procedures

  • High standards of safety, quality and attention to detail

  • The ability to work effectively within a busy engineering environment

  • Good written and spoken English

  • The flexibility and willingness to relocate for a permanent position in Europe

Menska’s thoughts:

A strong opportunity for experienced licensed engineers looking for long-term stability rather than another short-term contract.

This is a permanent position within an established commercial aircraft maintenance environment, offering the chance to join a busy engineering operation where your experience and licence will be genuinely utilised.

If you’re an EASA B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer considering your next permanent move in Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
