Client | Menska is supporting a growing private aviation business with the appointment of a Commercial Director to lead its commercial strategy, client insight and commercial team. |
The role:
This is not a traditional sales role. It combines commercial leadership, data and analysis, client strategy and senior relationship management, working with sophisticated private aviation clients and industry partners.
Lead and develop a growing commercial team
Own commercial strategy across an established client portfolio
Turn complex commercial and operational data into clear, actionable insight
Lead commercial negotiations and senior external relationships
Oversee contract performance, renewals and client retention
Present analysis and recommendations directly to senior clients
Improve commercial processes, reporting and use of data across the business
Work closely with the senior leadership team
We're looking for someone who has:
5+ years’ experience in commercial, analytical or strategy-focused roles
Strong commercial and numerical capability
Experience managing and developing a team
Confidence presenting to senior and high-value clients
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Advanced Excel and presentation skills
A process-driven mindset and confidence working with data
Experience within private aviation, fractional ownership, jet cards, membership programmes or other complex aviation products would be highly advantageous.
