The role:
Menska is looking for high-performing Senior Charter Brokers based across Europe to join a growing international private aviation business.
This is aimed firmly at established brokers with a proven ability to originate business and generate significant GP. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely while continuing to develop your own client portfolio within a highly commercial environment.
Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of charter clients.
Generate new private jet charter business.
Manage enquiries and bookings from initial request through to completion.
Source aircraft and negotiate with operators.
Build long-term client and industry relationships.
Deliver a high-touch service to private aviation clients.
Consistently achieve strong revenue and GP performance.
We're looking for someone who has:
Significant private jet charter brokerage experience.
A strong, demonstrable track record of GP generation.
Proven ability to originate and develop your own business.
An established network within private aviation.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
The ability to operate successfully and independently in a remote environment.
Candidates can be based across Europe.
