Client | We’re supporting a unique and boutique private aviation business in the search for an experienced Flight Manager. Role overview:
This is a remote role with regular travel across Europe, responsible for managing flights from initial client enquiry through to completion. You’ll coordinate charter bookings, liaise with operators, oversee flight following, manage client communication and ensure every trip runs seamlessly from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a European private aviation brokerage
Strong flight quoting and flight-following experience
Excellent knowledge of the European charter market
Experience managing UHNW clients and complex flight operations
Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
Additional European languages beneficial
